  • Can I volunteer with you?
Yes! We couldn't run without our incredible team of volunteers. If you have old furniture, toys, books, instruments, tech, sports equipment, games or anything else that's still in great condition, consider donating them to the Reuse Hub The best way to know if we can accept something is by sending us a photo through Facebook or Instagram, or by emailing us at reuse@transitionstirling.org.uk
  • Where do I take my donations?
We have a collection point at Lower Polmaise Household Waste Recycling Centre labelled Reuse which is open during the Recycling Centre's hours for anyone wishing to drop off items. You can also bring donations during the Hub's open hours: Wednesday-Saturday | 10am-5pm Sunday | 11am-4pm

It's simple really! Join at Stirling Reuse Hub in person, or online at slot.lend-engine.com/register/ for £9.95 a year and start borrowing.
  • What can I borrow?
Everything that is on our website can be borrowed - check the item’s availability on its calendar under its description and book for when you need it. If it's not on our website but you've seen it at Stirling Reuse Hub, ask us about it and we can see what we can do.
  • What happens if I break an item I've borrowed?
If the item breaks then please do get in touch with us as soon as possible, we understand things happen sometimes. There’s a good chance we can repair a lot of the things in the inventory but if we can’t then we will work with you to decide if it was a fault or user error. We want to make things work for everyone.
  • How do you clean and check items?
When an item is returned to us, it’s handled by our staff and volunteers who check it over to make sure everything is still as it should be, and that it has been cleaned properly by the previous borrower. On the odd occasions it isn't, we'll make sure it's ready for the next user.
